Simple but chic

Hey lovelies! How are you doing guys? I know i have not been consistent but i have been working so hard changing the blog and make it more presentable that is why i have been off and on.

So guys, today's post " simple but chic"  was inspired by my laziness, i woke up and i realized i was late for church and this outfit was the first thing that came to my mind. Due to my lateness i did not apply make up and i had to wear a turban because there was no time to brush and straighten my hair. The most interesting thing is that with my laziness and lateness i slayed the look, i got a lot of compliments which made me decided to share this look with my dear TPJ readers.

Guys, i have not worn  make up through out this month except the first Sunday of the month, and it is because i am trying to embrace my natural beauty more frequently and it has been easy because i have not had any special occasion to attend. Funny enough i think i am finer without makeup lol just saying. That is how i sent a picture of myself to my brother with my make up done and my brother said i should sack my make up artiste, lol, how rude! But yeah the lesson for today is to embrace your natural beauty once in a while.  Sometimes dedicate a week to a no make up week, give your face some fresh air!

Hope you enjoyed this post! I would like to know what you think about this look, so let me know in the comment box below.

  4. You sure look cute without makeup. I can relate the turban. There was one time in school I was running late for church and I used a scarf because my hair was terrible. I just combed the tip. People were complimenting me and within me I just laughed "if only you knew".

    1. Thanks b, sometimes scarf and turban comes to our rescue ;)
